Reach Your Peak of Writing and Editing Peaks of Success with Barb Wilson

Is your Writing and Editing creating a feeding frenzy for the walking dead?
Or, is it ready to ace a black run on any slope?

The lack of editing or poor editing can kill the readability of a book. Get ready for a mountain load of ideas, tips, strategies to take both your writing and pre-editing to another level.

Master editor and writer Barb Wilson will guide you through:

  • Best Writing Tips and Twenty Rules of Storytelling. She will provide numerous tips about getting started, keeping your motivation, and where to look for plot/character ideas.
  • Grammar, plot structure, conflict, POV, and character development are essential in fiction … and what happens in fiction doesn’t stay just in fiction. Nonfiction authors need to understand and implement the same tips in the stories contained in chapters.
  • Fiction authors bonanza: Plot development will be explained, along with Goals/Motivation/Conflict, and the differences between character-driven stories and plot-driven stories. Discover the intricacies of deep POV, crafting interesting ‘middles,’ character development.
  • Writing dialogue, pacing, dealing with writer’s block, and the importance of grammar and punctuation will take center stage.
  • Nine-Cube Plotting will be revealed—a terrific tool that can be used in all your writing. The morning will wind up by going over plotting techniques.

All will prove to be invaluable for both new and experienced writers to develop their skills and increase their writing abilities. No mountain will block you!
